1. MOQ=2 Sets for mattress, mix models or colors are accecptable. But other colors need pre order.
2. NYC free shipping to ground floor, other locations will charge shipping fee;Shipping fee will be paid in advance.
3. Accurate total weight will be double confirm after receiving orders
4. Normally,shipment will be arranged within 3 working days after receiving payment.  
5. All the mattress products, provide limited warranty for quality issue only.
6. Additional setup fee, $100/set; and moving fee to upper floor (no more than 3rd floor), $100/set, will be charged by the shipper directly.
